Canadian indie-pop band The Beaches have dropped their latest single, ‘Me & Me’. Taken from their upcoming album, Blame My Ex, the track is a punchy statement of intent for the collection of tracks. It’s an anthemic track filled with hooks and a sense of anticipation supported by the slow increase in tempo and dense vocal lines. It culminates in a groovy soft rock jam that feels ready-made for a warm sunset. Having been together since high school, it’s good to see The Beaches finally getting some of the recognition they deserve. Blame My Ex is out on September 15th, 2023. -Dan Peeke
